Day Hospitals Australia 2024 National Conference Awards

The we encourage you to apply for the Day Hospitals Australia National Conference Awards, which recognise excellence, innovations and achievements provided by day hospitals in Australia.
The awards are an opportunity to recognise the tireless dedication, innovation, and compassion that professionals bring to the day hospital sector every day. Winners will be presented during the awards ceremony at the Day Hospitals Australia Conference Dinner on Thursday 29 August.
How to apply
Individuals and organisations can nominate for the awards by completing the entry form here
If you are nominating someone else, you must ensure that the nominee agrees to being nominated. All award submissions must be received by Friday 9 August 2024.
Selection process
Entries will be assessed by the Awards Panel, which includes members of the Day Hospitals Australia Board of Directors and Conference Program Taskforce.

Eligibility
Entries are open to all staff, Directors of Nursing, CEO’s, owners, medical professionals and representatives from day hospitals within Australia. You can nominate yourself or someone you work with.
