Thank you to all delegates, sponsors, trade exhibitors, invited guests and speakers who attended the 2021 Day Hospitals Australia National Conference which was held online from 8 – 10 September. It was a fantastic education and networking opportunity, and we thank everyone involved in making this a conference to remember.
Delegates were able to gain insight from keynote speakers, Scott Anthony, Mike Hardie, Jenny Blaikie and Captain Richard de Crespigny, who discussed Leadership, Crisis Management, Innovation and Mental Health. International guests Bill Prentice, Dr Ian Jackson, Prof Doug McWhinnie shared their knowledge of same day surgery in the UK and USA and Panel Discussions were held to explore Pre-admission processes, Innovation in Healthcare and Legislative Compliance and Regulatory requirements for facilities.
