Dominic de Souza has a successful career of 30 years in business and clinical translational roles in Europe and Australasia. Within this time, Dominic has spanned pharmaceutical, medical device, radiological, dental, biotechnology and Private Health Insurance projects. Experienced within Australian start-ups and established international device businesses in the hospital, surgical & clinical sectors, Dominic leans on his Medical Physics background to translate the science and clinical requirements of any project into an appropriate and engaging format to a business & investor audience (and vice versa). Describing himself as a translator, Dominic is passionate in designing and applying effective, ethical business strategy to allow patients & clinicians access optimal medical treatments and clinical models. Currently focused on developing and implementing sustainable models of healthcare in the Australian private health industry. Dominic, whilst born in the UK, has enjoyed living in Manly (NSW) with his wife and two children for 20 years. |
