This opportunity allows your company to sponsor the Coffee Cart at the Conference, where delegates will meet for informal conversations between sessions. Your branding will appear regularly providing your organisation with fantastic exposure, you will receive a 3m x 3m Booth located beside the Coffee Cart, with the ability to provide branded cups and corporate signage at the Barista station.  

 The Coffee Cart will serve barista coffee, hot chocolate and tea for half an hour each morning, during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day of the conference. The Coffee Cart includes a barista, assorted ottomans, and provision of up to 150 coffees per day for Conference Delegates.

The 2026 Conference will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

We are still finalising the program, however the following are approximate times the Exhibition Hall will be open:

    • Friday 29 August – Exhibition hall open from 8:30am to 11am
    • NB: The actual program doesn’t finish until 1pm on Friday 29 August

We utilise a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our conference, targeting key stakeholders within the healthcare industry. Our approach includes a multi-channel communication plan that leverages email marketing, social media campaigns, and partnerships with industry organisations to reach potential attendees. Engaging content, such as promotional videos and informative newsletters, is shared across our platforms to highlight the value and unique opportunities the conference offers.

Additionally, we implement targeted outreach to relevant professional networks and associations, ensuring we attract a diverse range of delegates. Our marketing materials emphasise the conference’s educational sessions, networking opportunities, and exhibitor showcases, reinforcing its position as a must-attend event for healthcare professionals.

To enhance attendee engagement at the conference, we will implement several interactive tools designed to foster participation and create a dynamic experience.

  1. Networking breaks: All meal breaks and the Wednesday evening welcome cocktail party will be served in the Trade & Exhibition Hall, providing a natural and informal setting for interaction. This arrangement ensures that delegates and exhibitors can connect organically over meals, fostering meaningful conversations and building professional relationships.
  2. Event App:  The event app is provided to all delegates and exhibitors approx 2 weeks prior to the Conference. This mobile app contains useful information including the program, speaker and presenter information, sponsor bios and provides the opportunity to connect with attendees and exhibitors.
  3. Passport Prize: Delegates who complete their passport by visiting all booths and scanning the QR code provided to exhibitors will be entered into a prize draw, encouraging exploration of the exhibition hall and promoting interaction with exhibitors.
  4. Exhibitor Prize Draws: Exhibitors are invited to offer prizes that can presented during our prize draw on Friday morning. Attendees can enter the draws by engaging with exhibitors, providing their contact information through the App, or participating in product demonstrations. This initiative not only incentivizes delegates to visit each booth but also helps exhibitors collect leads for follow-up after the event.

By implementing these tools, we aim to create an engaging and participatory atmosphere that enhances the overall conference experience for all delegates.
