Join us at the Day Hospitals Australia 2023 National Conference at the Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane from 30 August – 1 September 2023.

Day Hospitals Australia is the peak industry body for the day hospital sector and is committed to delivering a conference that creates opportunities for existing and new business relationships to be fostered and developed within a professional but welcoming environment.

Our national conference offers a significant opportunity for organisations to present their products and services to a vast representation of decision-makers from within the day hospital sector, all under the one roof. For many facilities, this is the only conference they attend each year, and their once chance to engage with multiple suppliers to the sector.

The program will focus on a range of priority areas for the Day Hospital sector with keynote speakers, plenary presentations, panel discussions and workshops to be announced in May 2023.

Who will be there?

The Day Hospitals Australia National Conference is open to professionals from the day hospital sector. It is expected that the 2023 National Conference will attract more than 300 delegates from across the health care sector including: Chief Executive Officers, Directors of Nursing, Business Owners, Business and Practice Managers, Decision and policy makers, Day Hospital personnel, Medical administrators, Medical specialists, Health fund executives, Government health departments and Regulatory body officers.

This opportunity allows your company to sponsor the Coffee Cart area, where delegates will meet for informal conversations between sessions. The cafe will have a barista serving coffee, hot chocolate and tea for half an hour each morning, during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day of the conference. The cafe includes a barista, assorted ottomans, and provision of up to 100 coffees per day for Conference Delegates.

E-SATCHEL INSERT – $350 (INC GST)

The eSatchel is provided through the Conference App and is a great opportunity to provide Conference delegates with documents or links to resources. Your eSatchel insert can be a flyer or brochure for delegates to download, a link to an online advertisement, information about an online webinar or workshop, a voucher, the list goes on. We encourage you to be unique and creative with your eSatchel content!

FLYER DISTRIBUTION – $500 (INC GST)

Flyers (provided by sponsor) will be distributed to each seat in the main plenary space after a break allowing you to directly engage and market to all delegates attending the Conference. Limited to 2 opportunities.

NETWORKING BREAKFAST PRIZE SPONSOR – $500 minimum (SOLD)

Receive direct exposure by supporting the Networking Breakfast on Friday and providing a significant lucky door prize to be used as a business card draw for all delegates in attendance. We will acknowledge your support through the App, website, marketing emails and provide you with the opportunity to speak (2 minutes) at the networking breakfast on Friday morning. RESEARCH POSTER SPONSOR – $1000 (INC GST) (SOLD)

Delegates and members of the Day Hospital Sector will be invited to present Research Posters highlighting innovations, achievements, new systems and ideas to improve services provided by day hospitals. Donated prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding poster presentations with voting conducted through through the Conference App. We will acknowledge your support through the App, website, marketing emails and provide you with the opportunity to present one of the prizes to a winning delegate on Friday morning. You can also be on stage to present the winners with their prizes and place your corporate banner beside the poster displays for the duration of the Conference. One opportunity only available to Conference Exhibitors.

CONFERENCE BOOKLET – $1500 MEMBERS/ $1580 NON-MEMBERS (INC GST) (SOLD)

For the first time, delegates will receive a printed A5 Conference Booklet, where they can read summaries of each presentation and write down notes and ideas to take home. The exclusive sponsor of this package will be acknowledged with their logo on the front of the booklet and a full page colour advertisement inside the booklet. One opportunity only available to Conference Exhibitors.

Anyone from your Organisation attending the conference or guests you wish to invite to the conference must register before attending. An official name badge will be required to access the meeting and exhibition area.
- Additional Sponsor Registrations can be purchased for $690 and include the Evening Reception and Conference Dinner.
- Additional Exhibitor Registrations can be purchased for $550 and include a ticket to the Evening Reception. Conference dinner tickets can be purchased separately.

Floor Plan

Multiple catering and beverage stations will be placed evenly throughout the exhibition are to ensure a good flow of delegates to each and every trade exhibitor and sponsor. Occasional furniture will also be spread throughout the area for networking.
